IPOD TOUCh?!?

I have decided to buy an ipod for my birthday, I just don’t know what kind of ipod i want. i was thinkin either the 8 gb touch, 16 gb touch, or 30 gb video.
Ipod touch owners– is it really worth it to pay the extra money for the itouch features? do u ever use the internet and youtube and all the features that arent on a regular ipod? or should i save my money and get a 30 gb video? thanks.

    I own both an 80gb ipod classic (5th gen) and iPod Touch 32gb
    Firstly, the iPod 30Gb video is no longer in production, but you can find it used somewhere. But new is about 99.99% the better option. However, the iPod Touch (or iTouch) is by far better, if you can spare the hefty price tag. I use the wifi all the time around the house, it beats going to a computer to check something all the time, and youtube is a great feature. The other ipods don’t have as many satisfying features as the itouch. All in all, itouch is the best.

    Well iPod Touch comes in handy, thats for sure. It beats getting to the computer every second to check myspace, email, and stuff like that. Basically, it is a computer that can play music, video, and photos. It also has handy maps, youtube, internet, and all that good stuff. So it comes in handy, big time. As for the iPod Video, its great too, but if your willing to dish out $300 bucks, then definitly get the Touch.

    Yes, I’ve actually owned several iPod Touches (not because they break, just because) And I really like them. If you want several movies on it, then I would suggest the 16gb ipod touch. If you want alot, but no internet features, of couse the 30gig. I think it kind of worth it…especially if you buy the iTouch off of eBay. Right now they sell for about $330 BRAND NEW.
